You have the right to return items within 14 days for a refund. Items must be in unused condition, with tags attached and sent in its original packing with the return form enclosed.
If you would like to change size or color, please return the product to us and we will credit the amount back to your card. You may place a new order when you wish to.
Products purchased with discount in a campaign period can be returned for a refund, but not exchanged.
Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland: Free return shipping costs with use of attached returnsticker. C.O.D return will not be accepted.
All other countries: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. C.O.D return will not be accepted.
All returns are the customer's responsibility, until received by Kari Traa. Make sure to send the return items securely, with tracking.
After we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your credit card.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you have received damaged or faulty items, please contact email@example.com, and we will send you a new item or cancel the purchase in accordance to your consumer rights. Shipping cost on claims will be reimbursed.
Kari Traa WebShop warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under warranty.
If you wish to make a warranty claim on a product bought in our WebShop, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, where you state your order number and preferably include some pictures of the damage.
